Providing administrative support in organizing medical events such as webinars and congresses - including processing documentation, preparing contracts, invitation letters, collecting post-event documentation, and processing invoices. Managing purchase orders - submitting requests from sales and marketing teams and ensuring compliance with internal policies. Submitting and tracking promotional, educational, sales support, and training materials. Coordinating marketing materials and demo devices stored in external warehouses. Supporting various projects and tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations. Recent graduate in Business, Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Fluent in English; knowledge of another European language is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and proactive attitude. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Self-motivated with a creative mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.). Ability to work full-time in a hybrid model.
