EMEA Pricing Analyst (m/f/x)

Job Description:

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Pricing Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.  

Here, you will make an impact by: 

• Reviewing actual pricing and updating pricing data in the ERP system in line with company strategy
• Conducting pricing analyses to support business decisions
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and address inquiries
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Ensuring data accuracy and maintaining pricing-related documentation

Your Skills and Expertise   

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution 
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar position 
• Ability to communicate in English at a high level
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel  
• Excellent attention to detail.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: 

• Project management skills  
• Previous experience in SAP / Salesforce systems

Job specifics:

• Location: Wrocław, MidPoint 71, Powstańców Śląskich 9
• Work Your Way: Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week/ 8 days per month in office
