Your role: 
 

The Hub Supply Planning Leader is a key position to steer Elanco’s Supply & Replenishment processes from our supplying locations located in EMEA to deliver superior customer value to all Affiliates globally. This position is a key liaison between the commercial Supply Chain organization and the supply sites – partnering with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy of supply planning, replenishment and inventory management for the Commercial team(s) in the area. This role is also responsible for ensuring that business processes are executed properly and in compliance with the required standards and regulations (eg GxP, SoX etc). Success factors for this position are business acumen, operational understanding of the business processes and manufacturing environment, strong communication skills including the ability to influence, and ability to grow talents. As part of the Global Supply & Launch Management Lead team, develop the vision and plan for global Supply & Launch Management organization, processes and systems.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead Supply Planning and Replenishment activities across a global network
  • Support and facilitate S&OP processes with affiliates and key stakeholders
  • Drive inventory optimization while balancing customer service and business performance
  • Partner closely with Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams
  • Provide strategic guidance on product launches, lifecycle management, and supply risks
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across supply planning processes and systems
  • Develop, coach, and inspire a team of Supply Planning professionals
  • Support compliance activities related to GxP, regulatory, and manufacturing requirements

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications): 

  • Strong knowledge of SAP, particularly Supply Planning and Replenishment processes
  • Deep understanding of supply chain planning, inventory management, and S&OP
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience (CPIM certification is an advantage)
  • 5+ years of experience within Pharmaceutical, Animal Health, Consumer Goods, or a similar regulated industry
  • Previous leadership experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or External Manufacturing
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Fluent English
