Employee Central (Employee Life Cycle) Specialist with French

Fixed-term position for 15 months.

The position

Tasks & Responsibilities

As an HR Specialist in Employee Central Team, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting and administering the processing of tasks with varying levels of complexity, while adhering to internal and external compliance regulations.


• Processing the tasks from hiring and contracting as well as work and employee data changes using our case management system or e-mail are part of your daily job.


• Taking ownership of at least one competence center (e.g., termination, absences, hiring, compensation). You will maintain close contact with relevant stakeholders to ensure that process remains up-to-date and is performed in the most efficient way.


• Working on other assigned projects.

About our future employee

You should speak French & English languages (min. C1) and have min. 2 years of professional experience in HR, supporting the employee lifecycle processes.

Additionally, we are looking for:

• Completed higher education preferably in HR field or related areas.


• Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, and service orientation.


• Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak-Up culture and participate in process optimization.


• Proven ability to capture complex issues in a solution-oriented working style (e.g., in the HR 3-pilar-model).


• Preferably working experience with SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, OpenText and MS Office.


• Experience in working with the French market would be an asset.
