Engineering Services Supervisor

• Supervise all engineering services delivery and coordinate multi-trade response to work orders
• Control daily/weekly planning to prioritize urgent and emergency response
• Plan and control preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Ensure all assets and equipment are operated and maintained to standards
• Ensure equipment is fit for purpose, maintained, and safely operated at all times
• Manage reach-back escalation when specialist expertise is required
   

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance (PPM) program, schedules and checklists from start of services
• Track activities and logs; conduct trend analysis
• Coordinate planned outages and customer notifications for utilities impacts
   

• Ensure works documentation is completed: work dockets/orders, readings/measurements, parts used, start/finish times, sign-offs
• Maintain asset and equipment readiness records
   

• You're a senior engineer and certified electrician with supervisory experience
• You're highly organized and skilled at planning preventive maintenance programs, managing emergency responses, and tracking performance
• You work collaboratively with safety and quality officers, and project managers
• You have experience in military base operations, government facilities, or defense contracting or similar
   

• Successful completion of a professional engineering degree Electrical or civil preferred.
• Certified Electrician. NFPA 70E Electrical Safety (or equivalent) (highly desired)
• 5+ years minimum experience supervising engineering services on integrated logistics service support projects
•  OSHA 30 (Construction or General Industry) or equivalent (desired)
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs, corrective maintenance, and OEM parts management
• Fluent in English with a valid driver’s license
