This is a hybrid role. Upon agreement between you and your supervisor, you are entitled to a flexible arrangement where you will be able to split your time between working from the office and working remotely.
Support compliance activities related to clinical operations and initiatives
Provide compliance support to additional global business functions, such as Global Real Estate and Global Business Services
Develop and deliver guidance and training on key risk areas, including lobbying, marketing activities, referral sources, and governmental affairs
Provide practical, solutions-oriented advice on compliance-related matters to internal stakeholders
Participate in regional and global meetings, sharing insights and delivering compliance briefings
Lead and coordinate projects involving the development of compliance materials in collaboration with global compliance teams
Support organizational and administrative compliance tasks, including due diligence processes, digital tools, and internal systems
Contribute to the continuous improvement and enhancement of compliance processes and frameworks
Minimum of 4 years of experience in compliance; healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred
Solid understanding of healthcare compliance principles, regulations, and industry standards
Experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies
Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, ideally within healthcare
High level of risk awareness combined with sound judgment
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and global teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Project management experience, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams
Proactive, self-starter mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Positive, “can-do” attitude and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
Flexible working hours (start between 6:30 a.m. - 10 a.m.)
