Executive AI Lead

• Act as lead consultant and solution architect for major clients in banking, financial services, pharma, FMCG, and high-growth startups.
  


• Own the full AI/ML delivery cycle: design, development, integration, and scalable deployment into complex customer environments.
  


• Advise executive stakeholders and translate business needs into robust AI-driven architectures.
  


• Collaborate directly with C-level leaders, technical teams, and decision makers to define, prioritise, and implement AI roadmaps.
  


• Guide and mentor internal engineering teams, ensuring technical excellence and best practice across all AI/ML projects.
  


• Oversee all aspects of AI project delivery, including model lifecycle management, infrastructure, automation, and ongoing optimisation.
  


• Guarantee the security, compliance, and reliability of all AI implementations for enterprise clients.
  

Requirements

• Proven mastery of Python for AI/ML; working knowledge of R, Java, or Julia is an advantage.
  


• Expertise in modern AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
  


• NLP tools: experience with Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, or NLTK.
  


• Strong skills in Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn for data manipulation and visualisation.
  


• Model deployment expertise: ONNX, TensorFlow Serving, or similar.
  


• Solid data engineering background: SQL/NoSQL databases, ETL pipelines (Airflow, Prefect, Luigi).
  


• Big Data: Spark, Hadoop, or Dask.
  


• Cloud storage: AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage, or Azure Blob Storage.
  


• Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure, including AI services (SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML).
  


• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, CloudFormation.
  


• Integration: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, integration platforms (Zapier, Workato), webhooks.
  


• MLOps: DVC, MLflow, Kubeflow, TFX, Prometheus, Grafana, Seldon Core.
  


• Security/compliance: GDPR, CCPA, encryption, secure API design, OAuth 2.0, logging, and auditability.
