About the role:
Our co-founders, Maciek and Maja, are passionate, dedicated, and moving at a thousand miles per hour. As we scale, they are looking for a trusted partner to provide seamless support, enabling them to focus on steering the company toward its ambitious goals.
This is not a traditional 9-to-5 administrative role - you will be the central hub of our executive team, a trusted partner empowered to manage their professional (and, to some extent, personal) lives, ensuring they are prepared, focused, and operating at maximum capacity.

What you’ll do:
- Own executive flow. Guard calendars and inboxes, capture meeting notes, chase follow-ups, and keep priorities unblocked.
- Streamline ops & admin. Run light-weight processes—docs, contracts, expenses—partnering with Legal, HR, Finance, and Compliance so nothing slips.
- Master logistics. Orchestrate travel, executive off-sites, and client events, plus any ad-hoc errands that make execution seamless.
- Serve as connective tissue. Keep information and decisions flowing between the founders and every corner of the company.
- Unlock personal time. Handle select personal appointments so founders stay focused on the mission.
Ideally, you'll bring with you:
- Previous experience: You bring prior experience in the executive assistant, or similar role.
- Amazing organizational skills: You have a natural talent for creating order out of chaos and can juggle multiple priorities.
- Proactivity and resourcefulness: You don't wait to be told what to do. You anticipate needs, identify potential roadblocks, and solve problems before they arise.
- Strong sense of ownership: Take full ownership of all responsibilities, demonstrating reliability and a commitment to seeing tasks through from start to finish.
- AI fluency: You leverage AI in your work on a daily basis.
- Superb communication: You have excellent communication skills in both Polish and English.
- Tech-savvyness: You are proficient with modern productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.) and can quickly learn new software.
- Adaptability and resiliency: You thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly. You have a positive, no-task-is-too-small attitude.
