Expert Frontend Consultant

Type of contract: B2B contract

Salary range: 150-205 PLN/H

What will you do?

You will work on large-scale financial services platforms supporting investment banking operations, contributing to digital transformation, process automation, data integration, and application modernization initiatives. You will collaborate closely with business and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions while leveraging modern engineering practices and AI-assisted software development.

Your tasks

• Design and develop modern full stack applications using React, Node.js and TypeScript


• Drive application modernization and digital transformation initiatives


• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions


• Implement automated testing using Cypress


• Promote best practices across the software development lifecycle


• Support data integration and process automation initiatives


• Work closely with global technology teams across multiple domains


• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery efficiency and quality

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience with React, Node.js and TypeScript


• Strong experience with Cypress


• Experience with AI-assisted software development


• Deep understanding of computer science fundamentals


• Strong knowledge of modern software development practices and SDLC


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions


• Experience working in complex enterprise environments


• Openness to work hybrid from our client's office (Kraków) 3 days a week

Nice to have

• Experience in Client Lifecycle domain
