Job Summary

For our client, a company from banking area, we realize a recruitment process on the position Expert IT Analyst.

From September physical presence in the office twice a week required. We are also open for a consultants from other cities where ordea has its offices i.e Gdynia, Warsaw and Łódź.

Responsibilities

·        Drive and manage the initiative delivery process according to scope, quality, our client standards and deadlines to successfully deliver on target.

·        Elicit, document and communicate the functional and non-functional requirements, enabling business transformation in alignment with the target picture.

·        Identify and establish proactive ways to manage the robustness and quality of processes and applications.

·        This supports our business stakeholders to secure reliable, scalable and up-to-date production environment.

·        Keep track and share the latest business and best practices, to improve team performance and development.

·        Drive and facilitate agile cooperation between stakeholders in business, IT and external partners, to enable successful deliveries that drive business performance.

·        Provide payment expertise, including facilitating and driving discussions, coaching teams and providing peer reviews to maximize customer value.

·        Drive proposals to innovate, simplify and modernise technology solutions.

Skills/Experience needed

·        A knowledge leader in the payments domain, specifically in cross border.

·        Excellent at adapting to change and work well with people.

·        Have a solid business and technical background, and great analytical and requirement specification skills (functional and non-functional).

·        An excellent communicator and have outstanding facilitation and collaboration skills.

·        Proactive, detail-oriented and quality driven, able to plan and organize self and team.

·        Experienced with agile ways of working and its methods (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban).

·        Experienced working with complex architectural landscapes, systems, services and applications in the end to end payments business value chain.

·        10+ years’ experience in technology, with IT and/or business analysis with an engineering mindset.

·        Knowledge of the banking/financial sector and cross border payments (SWIFT and ISO messages) and industry wide payment processing products.

·        Experience in SWIFT payments infrastructure, CBPR+, MT to MX migrations, RTGS and Realtime payments.

·        SEPA, EPC, NPC knowledge will be an additional advantage.

·        Experience or knowledge of Data Mapping, Data Migration, interface specifications and Process Modelling .

·        Hands-on experience with SQL, user interface prototyping and design.

·        Experience of using Jira and Confluence.

·        Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, and experienced in working with highly diversified international people groups.
