Supports regional external communications activities, media relations, and PR execution. Contributes to building brand visibility and reputation through content creation, media coordination, and support for executive communications and thought leadership initiatives.
Core Scope
- Support execution of external communications plans aligned with regional and corporate messaging.
- Assist with media relations activities and press office coordination.
- Contribute to executive visibility initiatives (interviews, speaking opportunities, bylines).
- Help create and adapt thought leadership content for local activation.
- Support monitoring of media coverage and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft press materials (press releases, media briefs, Q&As, talking points).
- Maintain and update media and stakeholder lists.
- Coordinate with PR agencies and internal stakeholders for campaign execution.
- Track media coverage and prepare reports on performance and sentiment.
- Support event-related media activities and logistics.
- Assist in crisis communication coordination and monitoring.
- 1–3 years experience in PR, communications, or media-related roles.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
- Basic understanding of media landscape and communications channels.
- Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working across teams and geographies.
- Fluent English and Polish
