Job Title: Factory HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources management within our Poland factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the strategic goals of the organization.

Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction of top talent while maintaining a robust onboarding program.

Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related issues, such as employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.

Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and payroll management to ensure competitiveness and compliance.

Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.

Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and health and safety regulations.

Analyze HR metrics and provide strategic recommendations to improve employee engagement, retention, and performance.

Coordinate with management to assess staffing needs and develop succession planning strategies.

Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture through initiatives and engagement activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.

Minimum of 8 years' experience in human resources management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Strong knowledge of Polish labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and strategically align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
