Field Clinical Specialist - Rhythm Management

Support physicians and hospital staff with product usage and basic troubleshooting Provide support for capital equipment and catheters Deliver clinical education and training to existing and potential customers Work closely with physicians and hospital teams to understand clinical needs and patient care challenges Support the development of the market for existing and new products in the assigned territory Build and maintain relationships with hospital staff and identify key decision-makers Respond to customer needs and product-related issues with effective solutions Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge in electrophysiology and cardiac rhythm therapies Travel regularly within the assigned territory 1-2 years of experience in a clinical environment (e.g. operating room, cath lab, cardiology department) or in sales within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry Knowledge of the Electrophysiology market will be considered a strong advantage Fluent Polish and English Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment Team-oriented mindset and ability to build relationships Flexible, proactive and results-oriented
