Field Service Engineer Kraków

We're looking for a Field Service Engineer who installs production printers (ImagePress & VarioPrint) products and trains the customer’s operators in Kraków area.

Main Activities:



⦁ Installs production printers(ImagePress & VarioPrint) products and trains the customer’s operators.

⦁ Provides preventive maintenance to ensure OCE & Canon products perform optimal efficiency.

⦁ Identifies problems and completes on-site repairs including tests.

⦁ Escalates unresolved problems according to predefined services procedures.

⦁ Participates in keeping a positive relationship with the customer.

⦁ Manages tools and time in an efficient way.

⦁ Maintains a sufficient inventory of parts and materials for on-site service.

⦁ Works effectively in a small team · Identifies and communicates new sales opportunities

⦁ Knowledge of Electromechanical systems and relevant IT experience.
⦁ Good interpersonal communication skills – verbal and written in Polish ( fluent ) and English.
⦁ Previous field service experience in the fixing of electrical/mechanical/IT issues - preferably print industry related
⦁ Achieves customer satisfaction and loyalty.
⦁ Exercises proper reasoning and judgement.
⦁ Acts cost effectively.
⦁ Maintains a valid driver’s licence.
