Job Summary

The purpose of this position is to ensure the highest possible satisfaction of users of LivaNova hardware (heart-lung machine Essenz and ATS) by providing rapid response to technical issues and delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• 1st level support for LivaNova Essenz HLM (heart-lung machine) and ATS (autotransfusion device)
• 1st level support for LivaNova data management
• Database customization, network integration (HL7), and third-party device integration for LivaNova HLM
• Timely preparation of service reports
• Compliance with LivaNova guidelines
• Independent planning and execution of incoming customer assignments

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Completed technical education, e.g., in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or biomedical engineering
• Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of hospital IT systems
• Advanced knowledge of Windows and networking technologies
• Ability to work independently
• Customer-oriented approach
• Commitment and flexibility
• Valid driver’s license (Class B)
• High willingness to travel (75%)
