Your role

As Finance Business Partner for Ireland, Portugal and Switzerland/Austria, you will drive insightful financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making and profitable growth. You will act as the single point of contact for managers and business unit heads in these markets, ensuring clear visibility of performance, enabling value creation opportunities, and securing supply integrity for patients. This role offers strong ownership of commercial operations, strategic exposure, and collaboration with diverse teams across LEO Pharma.

Primary work tasks:

• Deliver robust financial forecasting and planning, aligned to business objectives.


• Lead month-end closing activities and coordinate with local and global teams.


• Provide proactive decision support, including ROI analysis and performance insights.


• Develop and automate dashboards and reporting tools.


• Drive cost control, OPEX forecast accuracy, and cost-saving initiatives.


• Support supply chain integrity through market analysis and quota alignment.


• Manage and present market financial reviews to leadership teams.

Beyond these key tasks, you will engage in project management for analytics initiatives across multiple business areas, maintain strong professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, and ensure adherence to LEO Pharma’s high standards of operational and financial excellence.

Your qualifications

You have a background in finance disciplines combined with experience as a business partner, controller, or similar analytical role. You are fluent in translating complex financial data into actionable insights for commercial teams, and have excellent technical and stakeholder communication skills.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.


• Proven experience in business partnering and/or controlling.


• Strong SAP skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.


• Experience managing OPEX and sales performance reporting.


• Financial modelling and forecasting expertise.


• Ability to influence and drive effective decision-making across functions.

Your new team

You’ll join the Mid-size Europe Finance team, headquartered in Gdansk. This is a highly collaborative, multicultural group working across 9 regions and 23 countries. You will partner closely with finance colleagues for Nordics, Poland, Benelux, Greece, and other markets, as well as commercial teams and country leadership - with opportunities for regular international travel and deep market engagement.
