Finance Business Partner – Middle Europe 

Location: Katowice/Warsaw

Travel: ~10–15%, to respective geographies in scope as required (Benelux, Nordics, DACH and Italy)

About the Role 

As our Finance Business Partner Manager for Middle Europe, you’ll be the strategic financial copilot to leadership teams across a diverse and dynamic region. You’ll shape longterm cash growth, enable smarter commercial decisions, and influence market strategies across multiple geographies and brands. 
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and lead financial partnering with support from a Finance Manager dedicated to Italy. 

This is a highvisibility, highimpact role in one of our largest clusters — ideal for someone who thrives on complexity, pace, and collaboration. 

What You’ll Do 

Drive strategic financial leadership

  Partner closely with General Managers, Commercial and Marketing Directors across Middle Europe. 

  
  

• 
  

  Bring forwardlooking insights and challenge thinking to unlock sustainable growth. 

  
  

Support commercial performance 

• 
  

  Lead sales performance management and reporting rhythms (daily → annual). 

  
  

• 
  

  Oversee Joint Business Plans, customer & brand targets, and KPI steering. 

  
  

Shape pricing & profitability 

• 
  

  Lead price/mix/margin analysis and intervention. 

  
  

• 
  

  Build pricing & profitability models (NRM/RGM) and approve promotional investments. 

  
  

Steer planning & S&OP processes 

• 
  

  Own S&OP orchestration for the region and ensure strong forecast quality. 

  
  

• 
  

  Lead Market Business Review (MBR) development and delivery. 

  
  

Build business cases 

• 
  

  Partner Marketing teams to evaluate innovations and strategic investments. 

  
  

• 
  

  Strengthen financial capability by developing practical, selfservice tools. 

  
  

Manage key financial processes 

• 
  

  Oversee trade rebate review, BMI control, and cashflow planning for your markets. 

  
  

What We’re Looking For 

• 
  

  7+ years of managerial finance experience (FMCG a plus).

  Strong track record in business partnering and value creation.
