How will you make an impact

In this role, you will play a key part in transforming and strengthening our cash management processes. You’ll partner with operational teams, treasury, and the wider business to drive end-to-end process excellence—boosting efficiency, ensuring compliance, and delivering measurable value through standardization, strong controls, and continuous improvement. 

Specifically, you will be working on:

• Contribute to process excellence by design, implementation and continuous improvement of cash management processes, systems, and tools to maximize efficiency and business value.


• Shape best practices by defining responsibilities, controls, and key performance indicators for cash management processes.


• Enable consistency and adoption through effective training, clear guidance, and strong stakeholder engagement.


• Strengthen governance and compliance by supporting audits, maintaining robust documentation, and ensuring timely resolution of any issues.


• Collaborate and support across teams to drive alignment, share best practices, resolve process challenges, and step in during critical operational situations when needed.

What will make you successful

• You have a degree in finance, accounting, banking, mathematics or similar area and min. 3-4 years’ working experience within cash management, banking or accounting (preferably from a Shared Services organization or major international company).


• Drive for continuous improvement – proven examples of identified and implemented process‑streamlining opportunities, reducing manual workload.


• Strong technical capability – proficient in tools such as SAP (including In-House Cash), Power BI, VBA and able to leverage data to drive automation and efficiency. A natural curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies is a strong advantage.


• Stakeholder management – effectively collaborates with cross-functional teams, communicates clearly, and manages expectations across different levels of the organization.


• Knowledge of banking products and services is an advantage.


• Fluency in English.

Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
