To strengthen our project management team at our location in Lublin, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a Financial Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)
Analysis of documents and transactions from a tax point of view in order to ensure minimization of tax risks
Ongoing reconciliation of accounts and clarification of existing differences
Control, decretation and posting of purchase invoices of Data Modul Polska
Entry of transfers into the banking application, posting of bank statements, reconciliation and valuation of items in foreign currencies
Support of the implementation process of the interface to KSeF for Data Modul AG and performance of tests in this respect (Go-Live 01. 02.2026)
Support of month, quarter and year-end closing processes for Data Modul Polska and Data Modul Group - possibility to deal with any financial topics on the level of the whole capital group and the parent company in Germany
Contacts with an external tax advisor and accounting office in the area of accounting and tax services for Data Modul Polska
Support in the preparation of documents required during tax inspections and financial audits
University degree with specialisation in accounting and finance and / or post-graduate studies and professional courses in the field of accounting and taxes
Several years of professional experience in the field of accounting and taxes
Necessary very good practical knowledge of taxes, in particular VAT and CIT
Knowledge of various tax issues (e.g. Knowledge of various tax issues (e.g. VAT, VAT, delivery with assembly, withholding tax, import, export, transfer pricing, tax law, etc.)
Good knowledge of English and/or German
Proficiency in MS Office
High professional expectations, willingness to take on new challenges and ability to work independently
Analytical skills, responsibility and accuracy in work
Possibility to work part-time - to be agreed with the employer
