Our financing solutions are seamlessly integrated into the shopping journeys of over 6,000 retailers. This helps our merchant partners grow their businesses, while end customers benefit from a frictionless shopping experience wherever they are. With a focus on innovation and growth, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team of over 440 professionals working across our offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic.

Ready to blend local impact with global collaboration?

We are seeking a data-driven and strategically minded Financial Analyst to join our team in Gdańsk. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our financial strategy, optimising profitability, and driving the development of our management information systems. You will primarily support CEE region business results analysis, working closely with sales, finance and other international teams to translate data into actionable business insights. If you have a passion for turning data into actionable business insights, we want to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Co-creating periodic financial plans (sales, P&L), monitoring their execution, and recommending supporting initiatives, leading the implementation and organisation of initiatives related to MIS.

  • Monitoring the branch’s current profitability by developing and maintaining control systems across products, channels, partners, and customer segments.

  • Planning and setting regular and promotional pricing, analysing the competitive environment, and recommending changes to pricing policy.

  • Delivering recurring and ad-hoc analytical reports to various departments, while automating reporting tools to improve efficiency.

  • Tracking the results of sales campaigns and recommending data-backed actions to improve performance.

  • Partnering with the IT department on data warehouse development and working closely with other organisational units to ensure business alignment.

  • Executing partners’ settlement processes.

  • Contributing to a positive work atmosphere in compliance with professional ethics.

Ideally, you have the following skills:

  • Proven previous experience in business controlling, financial analysis, or a similar data-heavy role, preferably in the banking or fintech sector.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting and BI tools; experience with SQL or data warehouse development.

  • Solid understanding of financial planning, P&L structures, and profitability modelling.

  • Proactive approach to process automation and system improvements.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken Polish and English.

What you’ll have in return:

  • Competitive salary based on experience and a comprehensive benefits package.

  • Hybrid, agile, and autonomous working environment.

  • Private medical care (Enel-Med).

  • Sports activity subsidy.

  • Group life insurance options.

  • Social Fund benefits, including holiday subsidies and vouchers.

  • Professional development training and access to a benefit platform.

  • Engaging and challenging projects with professional development opportunities.

  • Annual company-wide getaway and frequent team integration events.

  • A 6-week paid sabbatical after 4 years at Inbank, based on performance.

  • A friendly, results-oriented team.

  • Team events and additional perks.

At Inbank, we strive to have an inclusive and diverse working environment, so we welcome you to apply even if you do not match all the points here, but think you would do well.

When submitting your application, kindly ensure your CV is in English.
