DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team supporting the DACH region, based in Kraków. This is a data-driven role requiring strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will provide financial analysis, support key accounting processes, and contribute to business decision-making through insightful reporting and process improvements.

This role reports to the Finance Manager D-A-CH.

As the Financial Analyst, you will:

• Perform monthly account reconciliations including MYD, GRNI, Inventory, FX and Customer Rebates
• Support cost center and business unit accounting activities across the D-A-CH region
• Prepare and analyze Credit Insurance reporting, cash forecasts, FX reporting and NWC KPI metrics
• Reconcile regional cross-charges and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Drive process optimization through automation, data quality improvements and documentation enhancements
• Support ad-hoc financial analyses and reporting requests, with optional ownership of Power BI know-how and reporting solutions

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Financial Analyst:

• Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Has 1–3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar finance, accounting or bookkeeping role (shared service center experience is an advantage)
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of accounting principles including general ledger accounting, accruals, subledgers and account reconciliations
• Communicates confidently in German and English, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level)
• Possesses strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and translate findings into clear business insights
• Is detail-oriented, self-motivated, process-driven and proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems and financial reporting tools
