Responsibilities:

  Gather and translate business requirements to develop digital solutions.

  Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and define product priorities.

  Work closely with Data Engineers, Analytics Specialists, and AI Specialists to deliver data-driven products.

  Analyze data and support the design of dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions.

  Support data onboarding initiatives and validate business requirements against available data.

  Participate in solution design, testing, product rollout, and adoption activities.

Candidate's profile: 

• 
  

  Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Finance or a related field.

  5 years experience  

  
  

• 
  

  Experience in data analytics, business analysis, product management, consulting, or a similar area. 

  
  

• 
  

  Knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques. 

  
  

• 
  

  Knowledge of Power Platforms/ Power BI/ Databricks 

  
  

• 
  

  Understanding of databases, data warehousing concepts, and data pipelines. 

  
  

• 
  

  Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, including AI solutions.

In March 2016 we established a Shared Service Centre in Kraków, in Poland to support our global strategy. It is from this location that we have created a global shared service platform, focusing on advanced business functions such as financial accounting and reporting, planning and performance management, ICFR testing, financial systems management as well as HR integrated talent management operations. 

This role is related to the key area of Zurich’s activity in Kraków.
