Financial Controller

You Will Be Responsible For:

• Financial supervision of selected foreign subsidiaries.


• Daily contact with local finance staff and external accounting offices.


• Providing financial support to business managers.


• Overseeing financial processes of subsidiaries, including providing financial data, operating reporting and processing systems.


• Managing accounts receivable and credit risk.


• Controlling and forecasting cash flow and payment management.


• Preparing financial data for consolidation in reporting and management.


• Assisting in the development and implementation of procedures and systems to support financial and accounting processes within the Capital Group.


• Preparing financial analyses, reports and forecasts.


• Collaborating with the central team, business departments, profit center managers, and the Board of Directors.

Desired Experience: 

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.


• 5+ years of experience in finance, controlling or auditing.


• Proficiency in accounting and corporate finance.


• Strong skills in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, particularly spreadsheets.


• Excellent knowledge of financial reporting principles.


• Proficient in English.


• Familiarity with IFRS.


• Preferred: working knowledge of tax law.


• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.


• Desired traits: initiative, meticulousness, attention to detail and logical thinking.
