Oversee cash flow, treasury, settlements, and banking relationships
Partner with Compliance and Legal on regulatory reporting and audits
Lead external audits and liaise with banks, regulators, and advisors
Build and improve internal controls, processes, and automation
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
What You Bring to the Table
3+ years of experience in accounting or finance
Strong knowledge of European accounting standards and Polish statutory requirements
Experience owning the full accounting cycle
Crypto and FinTech experience is a must – you understand how digital assets move and how to reconcile them
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
