💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engaging with a diverse pool of candidates by sourcing and identifying top talent
• Conducting welcoming initial screenings and interviews in both Finnish and English
• Building strong relationships with clients and candidates to create a positive experience for all
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their unique staffing needs
• Maintaining accurate records and databases of candidate information
• Providing excellent support throughout the recruitment process
• Sharing your inventive ideas to help enhance our recruitment strategies

• Fluency in Finnish and English is a must—let's communicate effectively!
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor will help you thrive in this role
