Front-office Assistant

Your responsibilities
- Reception health and safety management: complying to the office baseline
- Visitor management, including the maintenance of visitor and staff attendance records and the issue of Visitor badges
- Reception housekeeping management
- Preparation and management of Access Control system including the preparation and issue of access control cards to staff
- Emergency evacuation support
- Switchboard management
- Incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
- Procurement of Office stationery and supplies
- Internal mail box management
- Guest car parking management
- FM Support to wider REO team
- Support Technical team with first floor meeting space bookings
Our requirements
- Fluent English
- Very good Polish (min. B2 level)
- Honest, punctual, hard-working, willing to learn new things, open-minded
- Experience in a similar position is a must
- Availability to work 20 hours per week
- Customer service orientated
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Familiarity with MS – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
