FTL Freight Forwarder

Our teams work closely with clients to build efficient, flexible and reliable transport solutions across global supply chains.

We are currently strengthening our road freight team and looking for an experienced specialist focused strictly on full truckload transport.

Your responsibilities:

• Independent organization and coordination of international FTL shipments


• Building and developing a network of carriers and transport partners


• Negotiating rates and transport conditions


• Ensuring cost-effective and high-quality transport solutions


• Monitoring shipments and solving operational issues


• Maintaining relationships with existing clients and carriers


• Cooperation with internal sales and operations teams

We are looking for:

• Experience in FTL freight forwarding


• Very good knowledge of the road transport market


• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work independently and take ownership of shipments


• English at communicative level (B2 or higher)


• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
