Description -
The Gaming SEMEA Marketing Lead and Social Media Content is a strategic role responsible for defining and driving the marketing direction for the Gaming business across SEMEA and the social media content definition for the region. This leader acts as the key strategic advisor to regional and WW Gaming stakeholders, ensuring that marketing plans, investment choices, and go‑to‑market execution are fully aligned with business priorities. The role orchestrates cross‑functional collaboration across Category, WW Gaming, GTM, and Country teams to deliver impact in a fast‑moving, highly competitive gaming landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Alignment & Business Management
Lead alignment with WW Gaming, Regional Category, and GTM & Planning teams, ensuring coherent strategy, accurate budget allocation, and rigorous investment tracking across SEMEA.
Consolidate and articulate the SEMEA Gaming Marketing Strategy, partnering closely with Country Marketing and Business Unit leads.
Lead strategic business cycles including quarterly business reviews, gaming go‑to‑market plans, and annual market planning sessions.
4P Marketing Leadership
Support Category Leads in building robust 4P strategies (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) tailored to SEMEA gaming market dynamics.
Ensure cross‑market and cross‑category alignment of 4P Game Plans, securing consistency and excellence in execution.
Translate category-level priorities into actionable marketing playbooks and track execution progress across countries.
Category Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact between Marketing and Gaming Category teams at both regional and WW levels.
Consolidate Game Plan inputs, business cases, and investment requests from SEMEA and present them to Category and GTM counterparts.
Embed category-driven processes (Game Plans, upside investments, performance reviews, media briefs) into end‑to‑end marketing execution.
Initiative Leadership
Lead key strategic initiatives for the SEMEA Gaming business (e.g., Hyper X).
Represent SEMEA Marketing leadership in major strategic forums, cross‑functional reviews, and decision-making bodies.
Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with Insights, Media, Comms, and Channel Marketing teams to brief and steer core gaming launches and initiatives.
Ensure the voice of the gamer and local market realities are fully incorporated in planning and decision-making.
Influencer & Community Strategy Leadership across business (PS, Print, HPS)
Lead and oversee the regional influencer and creator strategy, ensuring alignment with brand and business priorities.
Ensure consistent influencer governance, measurement frameworks, and optimized investment allocation across countries.
Education & Experience:
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
7-10 years of work experience, preferably in marketing, sales, or a related field.
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong Project Management skills
Strong knowledge of different Social Media Channels
Ability to build and execute successfully Go-to-Market Marketing Strategies, especially in Digital Marketing field

We offer:
The base pay range for this role is 182,800 PLN to 277,150 PLN annually with
additional cash compensation opportunities in the form of annual cash incentive bonuses. In addition, this role may be eligible for equity awards (typically
granted in the form of restricted stock units) that are independently granted by
the Company's U.S. parent corporation, HP Inc., on a discretionary basis under
its equity plan. Pay varies by job-related skills, effort, responsibility,
working conditions, experience and work location.
