General Ledger Junior Accountant in Tax Team

We are looking for GENERAL LEDGER JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT with English

to join our TAX TEAM in Gdańsk for temporary position.

What will you get to do?

• Involvement in VAT, Intrastat, CIT and Financial Statements reporting to compliance partners and client
• Involvement in VAT, Intrastat, CIT and Financial Statements reporting to Tax Authorities in certain EU countries
• VAT, Intrastat, CIT and Financial Statements output/input tax quality checks
• Cooperation with all VAT, Intrastat, CIT and Financial Statements Stakeholders
• VAT, Intrastat, CIT and Financial Statements area knowledge updates & sharing (trainings)
• Involvement in internal and external audit.

What kind of skills are we looking for?

We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for cooperation with the accounting partner, VAT compliance partner, and local authorities. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility for entrusted tasks, a proactive and engaged attitude, and the ability to effectively organize their own work. Independence and a strong focus on timely delivery of responsibilities are essential for success in this role.

Key qualifications and attributes include:

• Bachelor, master or post-graduate studies,
• Experience in working for a similar position and accounting knowledge
• Communicative English (min. level B2)
• Analytical and problem solving skills, incl. usage of MS Excel
• Basic VAT reporting knowledge(i.e. how to declare VAT,  how to check quality, what are country specifics, output and input tax rules).
