German Speaking Business Developer

Are you a natural communicator with a talent for fostering lasting professional connections? We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to join our award-winning Krakow-based team. In this position, you will serve as a strategic consultant for premier global tech clients, assisting organizations in adopting cloud-based innovations while hitting key revenue milestones.

This hybrid position offers a mix of in-person collaboration and remote flexibility, requiring three days in our Krakow office and two days working from home.

Your Core Responsibilities

In this role, your focus is on solving problems rather than just closing transactions. You will use a consultative strategy to pinpoint cloud opportunities and engage with high-level decision-makers.

• Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture durable relationships with SMEs and C-suite leaders.
• Revenue Generation: Apply product expertise to navigate negotiations, address client concerns, and consistently surpass sales goals.
• Pipeline Management: Actively scout for new business leads and maintain a robust sales funnel for our tech partners.
• Industry Insight: Maintain a deep understanding of current cloud and digital advertising trends to offer expert-level guidance.
• Team Integration: Coordinate with internal departments and report to the Operations Sales Manager to align with broader company goals.

Candidate Profile

We are searching for a resourceful professional who can hold their own in high-stakes business discussions.

• Linguistic Ability: Fluent German (B2+/C1) and professional proficiency in English (B2).
• Proven Track Record: A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, specifically in lead generation, account management, and closing.
• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with cloud ecosystems and a genuine interest in the tech sector.
• Resilient Attitude: A self-starter mindset with the ability to troubleshoot challenges independently.
• Proximity: Currently living in or prepared to move to Krakow.
