Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities within German-speaking markets, building a robust and continuously evolving sales pipeline.
• Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns targeting potential B2B clients through calls, emails, and digital channels to generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.
• Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact to ensure client satisfaction and revenue retention.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, uncover new prospects, and position our offerings effectively within the sales landscape.
• Collaborate closely with senior sales and account management teams to align business development strategies with overall commercial goals and revenue targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to the specific needs and pain points of prospective German-speaking clients.
• Accurately maintain and update CRM systems with all sales activities, client interactions, pipeline progression, and forecasting data to ensure full transparency and reporting accuracy.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs, sales targets, and performance metrics, contributing directly to the growth and success of the wider sales division.

• Native or fluent German language proficiency — both spoken and written — is essential for this role, as you will be engaging directly with German-speaking clients and stakeholders on a daily basis.
• Strong sales experience and approach is required and obligatory — preferably in B2B services, key account management, business development, and prospecting and acquiring new business opportunities. Please note that customer service experience alone and all-around customer service backgrounds are not relevant for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a sales pipeline from initial prospecting through to deal closure, with a consistent record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage C-level and senior decision-makers across diverse industries.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales enablement platforms, with strong organisational skills and an analytical, data-driven approach to business development.
• A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, international sales team in a hybrid working environment based in Kraków, Poland.
