Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to our German-speaking clients through various platforms, including phone, email, and chat.
• Address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolutions for customer satisfaction.
• Document all client interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client relationship management.
• Stay informed about our products and services to assist clients with detailed information and guidance.

Who We're Looking For:

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken), with proficiency in English being a plus.
• Previous customer service or client-facing experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
