Key Responsibilities

• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Stay updated on Booking.com products and industry trends to better assist customers.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the tourism or hospitality sector.
