Job Description - German-Speaking Business Development Representative

Business Development Representative (German-English) | Hybrid | Kraków, Poland

Are you ready to take your sales career to an international level? Join a fast-paced, collaborative team in Kraków, Poland and help businesses grow through innovative cloud-based solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients across diverse industries

  • Identify new sales opportunities while managing and growing existing accounts

  • Lead consultative sales conversations, handle objections, and close deals

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet targets

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business technology challenges

  • Keep up with industry trends and cloud solution innovations

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluent in German (B2+/C1) & English (B2+)

  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, with a background in SaaS, IT, cloud/technology, or digital advertising sales, and preferably hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience in account development, prospecting, and closing deals

  • Interest or basic understanding of cloud-based technologies

  • Solution-oriented and proactive mindset
