GL Accountant

In Poland, Shiji Group focuses on the development of the Daylight PMS, a comprehensive management platform for hotels.

• Recording financial transactions in accordance with accounting principles (e.g. US GAAP, IFRS, HGB, or other local standards)
• Preparing and posting accruals, depreciation entries, and adjustments (Month-end, Quarter-end, and Year-end Closings)
• Reconciling account balances and analyzing variances such as fixed assets, receivables, payables, and accruals and PNL accounts
• Monitoring cost and revenue allocations by project, department, or product
• Preparing financial reports for headquarters, management, or controlling departments
• Be the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Other duties as necessary

• Min. 2 years of work experience
• Relevant practical experience in comparable role
• Experienced with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar accounting systems
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Can-do attitude
• Highly organized, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
