Weâre expanding our Warsaw office and are looking for hungry, competitive sales talent \- from experienced brokers to high\-performing B2B product sellers, and standout early\-career candidates with a strong competitive mindset.

Build and manage your own sales desk with full ownership and accountability
Drive new business through outbound prospecting (OEM, EMS, MRO clients)
Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, sourcing, pricing, negotiation, execution, follow\-up
Work closely with global purchasing, commodity, and operations teams
Learn how to turn shortages, allocations, and excess stock into profitable deals
Track market intelligence: pricing trends, availability, lead times
Grow your book of business over time into a high\-revenue portfolio
We consider three strong profiles:
2+ years in independent electronic components distribution or brokering
Experience sourcing hard\-to\-find parts and negotiating margins
Comfortable running a full desk and owning results
1â3+ years of B2B product sales (hardware, technical products, industrial, etc.)
Strong outbound sales experience
Demonstrated closing ability and commercial instincts
Recent graduates or early\-career candidates
History of competitive sports
Coachable, resilient, disciplined, and highly motivated
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn a complex industry
We care more about drive, competitiveness, and work ethic than perfect CVs.
Excellent English (spoken and written)
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, performance\-driven environment
Willingness to work on\-site in Warsaw
Basic comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and structured follow\-ups
Bachelorâs degree preferred but not mandatory
Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
Structured training for those new to electronic components
