Global SaaS Sales Director - Influencer Marketing

We are looking for an experienced Sales Director, responsible for driving new sales and revenue growth for the indaHash Self-Serve solution. This position is pivotal in shaping and executing effective sales strategies to target global markets. 

The role involves a mix of dynamic sales activities, including:

• Outbound Sales Activities: Engaging in proactive outreach to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other direct communication methods. The focus is on generating new leads and expanding the company's client base.
• Marketing Automation: Utilizing advanced marketing automation tools to streamline and optimise the sales process. This involves setting up and managing campaigns that nurture leads and guide them through the sales funnel.
• CRM Management: Overseeing using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track interactions with potential and existing clients. This includes maintaining accurate records and using CRM data to make informed sales decisions.
• Sales Empowerment: Empowering the sales team with the necessary tools, resources, and training to enhance their performance and achieve sales targets.
• Lead Generation: Developing and implementing strategies to identify and attract potential clients. This involves understanding market trends, identifying target audiences, and creating compelling value propositions.

Qualifications:

• Professional Experience: Minimum three years in sales leadership in SaaS

• Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading and developing successful sales teams.
• Global Market Exposure: Experience in international sales and adapting strategies to different markets.
• Client Management: Strong history of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Strategic Sales Initiatives: Experience designing and implementing effective sales strategies.
