Smooth English is your baseline, but we're really after someone with that extra spark, who can also: 

• Set up paid campaigns across social media platforms – Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X – you will be doing that everyday in close cooperation with our teams based mostly in Europe and USA; 


• Create media plans;


• Analyse campaigns’ performance, optimise them and make decisions based on results;


• Report the results internally and to our clients. 

Your job title, scope of responsibility and everyday tasks will vary mostly on your previous experience and current knowledge.  

 We are currently looking for: juniors, mid-level specialists and seniors.  

 What do we need from you?

• Fluency in English – obviously;


• Experience in planning and managing paid Meta Ads campaigns – that means that you need to know what Meta Campaign Manager is and you have already worked with it:
  
  
  
  • Junior specialist position: 3+ months;
  
  
  • Specialist position: 1.5+ years;
  
  
  • Senior specialist position: 3+ years; 
  
  
  
  


• Experience with any other platform is a desirable bonus;


• Affinity for numbers, drawing conclusions & recommendations based on data;


• Knowledge on how to work efficiently in Excel and Google sheets;


• Two days per week in the office (Warsaw, Kraków or Poznań) – we are flexible when it comes to work-life balance so please discuss further with the hiring team during the interview process if you need so.
