About Zowie:

At Zowie, we build AI agents that handle millions of real conversations every month, for brands like InPost, Empik, Decathlon, and Allianz. They track packages, sort out claims, and actually resolve the issues people bring to them. We're changing how people interact with brands. At scale.

About the role:

Zowie is going vertical. Insurance, Banking, Retail, and soon Telco, Fintech, and Logistics. The product already works in each of them. What's needed are the stories and distribution: every vertical has its own persona, its own pain, its own reason to care, and that story has to be crafted and turned into a pipeline.

That's the role. Take a strategic bet like "AI agents for Insurance" and turn it into a complete campaign. Then make it repeatable, so the next vertical launches faster than the last.

If you love the thrill of figuring out what makes a particular persona tick, the message that resonates, the channels that reach them, and building the whole motion yourself - from the landing page and ads to the webinar and SDR talk track - then this is that work. The payoff is watching it convert: the replies, the meetings, the pipeline showing up because of something you built end to end.

You'd run your verticals in parallel with Bartek, with support of Design and Content, direct access to Maja (CEO), and real autonomy.

Who you are:

  • You think in campaigns, not assets. You can take a GTM bet and turn it into a real motion: audience, narrative, channels, follow-up. You see how the pieces add up to the pipeline.

  • You write, and you ship. You draft the message, build the page, and send the email yourself. You can tell a story in your own words without waiting on product or design to hand you something.

  • You run the channels yourself. You set up, launch, and optimize paid campaigns and own the budget.

  • You care about the pipeline, not the output. Meetings and opportunities are the scoreboard. Targeted experimentation is welcome. But a beautiful campaign that moves nothing doesn't interest you.

  • You're genuinely AI-native. You research, draft, and produce with AI by default.

Nice to have:

  • B2B SaaS demand gen, vertical marketing, or ABM experience, ideally near CX, AI, automation, banking, insurance, retail, fintech, logistics, or telco.

  • A track record of building repeatable campaign playbooks and running webinars.
