Head of Aftersales

We are looking for an experienced Head of Aftersales to lead and develop all aftersales operations in the Polish market. In this role, you will oversee service operations, warranty administration, technical support, spare parts management and dealer development, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and compliance with manufacturer standards. You will work closely with dealers, internal teams and the manufacturer to continuously improve aftersales performance and operational excellence.

You will

• Lead the Aftersales function, overseeing service operations, technical support, warranty administration and spare parts management across the Polish market.
• Manage, coach and develop the Aftersales team, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting employee growth.
• Ensure excellent customer experience by overseeing customer care processes and resolving complex customer escalations.
• Develop and continuously improve technical, warranty and aftersales processes in line with manufacturer standards.
• Provide technical support to the dealer network, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and operational challenges.
• Coordinate technical training programs and support the ongoing development of dealer capabilities.
• Manage recall campaigns and technical actions, ensuring effective execution and compliance.
• Oversee warranty operations, including claims administration, manufacturer settlements, goodwill cases and warranty audits.
• Support the development and improvement of warranty systems and aftersales processes.
• Ensure compliance with local and EU regulations related to aftersales activities, homologation and vehicle registration requirements.
• Manage spare parts operations and inventory to ensure availability while meeting business and commercial objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, manufacturer representatives and key business partners.
• Monitor aftersales KPIs and drive continuous improvements in operational performance, dealer satisfaction and customer satisfaction.

• 5+ years of leadership experience in Aftersales, Service Operations or a similar management role within the automotive industry.
• University degree in Business, Automotive Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of automotive aftersales operations, warranty management, technical support and dealer network management.
• Experience managing customer service, warranty processes, recall campaigns and spare parts operations.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop and motivate teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced English.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Driving licence (Category B).
