Build the future of AI-driven services at scale

We are looking for a senior AI Engineering Leader who will shape and drive the transformation towards AI-powered, autonomous services across a global organisation.

This is a high-impact role with real ownership — combining strategy, engineering leadership, and hands-on influence on how AI (including GenAI) is embedded into large-scale enterprise platforms.

What you will do

• Define and execute the AI engineering strategy across a global Cloud & Infrastructure organisation


• Build and scale high-performing engineering teams (5–30 FTE)


• Drive adoption of AI/GenAI solutions across products and delivery units


• Partner with CTO and senior leadership on technology vision and innovation roadmap


• Lead transformation towards automation‑first and AI-driven services


• Work closely with product, portfolio and partners on co-engineering initiatives

Your background

• Proven track record in building and scaling AI / ML / GenAI solutions


• Strong software engineering foundation and deep understanding of SDLC


• Experience leading global engineering teams and complex programmes


• Background in enterprise transformation or platform environments


• Ability to operate at both strategic and execution level


• Strong stakeholder management across global organisations
