We are looking for a Head of Business Development & Strategic Growth for Data in Central Europe.
Your responsibilities
Business Development & Strategy
Design, implement and execute go-to market strategy for data solution selling.
Identify and acquire new business opportunities.
Lead end-to-end sales processes, focusing on revenue growth.
Fulfill requests for proposals (RFPs) from potential partners and customers.
Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, including C-suite representatives.
Monitor performance, optimize sales and business development activities based on market and competitive data analysis.
Prepare reports for the management team to make strategic decisions.
Partnership Development
Identify, acquire, and maintain strategic business and technology partnerships in Europe.
Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure their effective implementation.
Manage partner relationships to maximize benefits for the company.
Team Management:
Lead the team of sales professionals.
Motivate, develop, and evaluate team to achieve goals.
We are looking for
10 + years of B2B sales experience in an IT area.
Good understanding of Modern Data market. (Must have)
Experience in selling BI, Cloud, Data Science, Analytics or Azure based solutions.
Experience in leading full-cycle sales processes, including leads prospecting, identifying all stakeholders and hidden requirements, pre-sales, contract negotiations, and closing deals.
Experience in working with C-suite representatives (both in Polish and English language).
Experience in team management – goal setting, execution, motivation and development.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
