Head of Real Estate

• Coordinate the processes of openings and closings of stores with the different departments (Development, Finance, HR, Supply and Logistics, Marketing, IT) in all countries (19 at this stage);
  


• Organize and / or validate maintenance CAPEX and OPEX of existing stores;
  


• Monitor spendings against budget and provide reporting on a monthly basis;
  


• Manage insurances at Group level;
  


• Manage replenishments of merchandising orders placed by galleries (own stores / franchises).
  

Wymagania

• Experienced professional having managed operations / real estate of an international retail business
  


• Very well organised
  


• Team player with a strong sense of ownership;
  


• English is a must, French would be a plus.
