Head of Sales & Network Development

We are looking for an experienced sales leader to drive commercial performance and dealer network development in the Polish market. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering sales and profitability targets, leading the sales organization, developing the dealer network and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Working closely with the Country Director, manufacturer and dealer partners, you will shape and execute the sales strategy while strengthening the brand's market presence.

You will

• Lead the sales organization, driving new vehicle and fleet sales performance across the Polish market.
• Develop and execute the sales strategy, including pricing initiatives, sales campaigns, financing offers and fleet business.
• Deliver key commercial KPIs, including sales volume, market share, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting employee growth.
• Monitor sales performance and implement actions to maximize business results.
• Support dealer sales operations and collaborate with retailers to improve commercial performance.
• Manage customer escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, continuously monitoring CSI results.
• Prepare and deliver business reports for senior leadership and the manufacturer.
• Oversee dealer contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manufacturer standards.
• Drive dealer network development, including evaluating new dealer candidates and supporting network expansion.
• Coordinate dealer audits and support the implementation of corporate identity and operational standards.
• Partner with dealers to improve facilities, processes and overall business performance.
• Coordinate the integration of dealer IT systems with importer platforms and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners and the manufacturer.

• 5+ years of leadership experience in Sales, Dealer Network Development or a similar commercial role within the automotive industry.
• University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies and delivering commercial targets.
• Strong understanding of dealer network management, fleet sales and automotive retail operations.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Excellent sales, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven commercial decisions.
• Advanced English.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Driving licence (Category B).
