We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our HR team in a junior administrative support role. This position is ideal for someone starting their career in HR and looking to build foundational experience in a dynamic and people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation Support:
Draft, format, print, and distribute HR-related documents (e.g., contracts, letters, onboarding materials).
Ensure accuracy and consistency in all documentation.
Employee Data Management:
Verify and update employee records for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain and manage HR databases, primarily in Excel.
HR Queries:
Respond to basic employee inquiries related to HR policies and processes.
Escalate complex queries to relevant HR team members.
File Archiving:
Organize and archive physical and digital HR files in accordance with internal procedures and data protection standards.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.
Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
English at B1 level at least.
*The position is offered on a fixed-term basis, with the current contract duration ending on January 31st.
