Job Description - HR Analyst

Our Client is one of the world's leading marketing solutions companies. A dynamically growing company is looking for an HR Analyst. 

Requirements

  • Higher education
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in positions related to preparing HR analyses and designing compensation policies
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), particularly advanced MS Excel skills
  • Knowledge of labor law, taxes, and social security regulations
  • Ability to synthesize and analyze data and draw conclusions
  • Communication skills, accuracy, meticulousness, ability to plan and manage working time
  • Additional advantage: familiarity with the Enova system
  • English language proficiency at a minimum level of B2+

    • Responsibilities

  • Preparation of periodic reports and analyses in the field of compensation and employment for a publicly listed company
  • Monitoring key HR indicators
  • Participation in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring wage costs
  • Analytical support for other HR departments and business leaders in effectively managing key processes
  • Control and settlement of provisions for personnel costs
  • Participation in job evaluation processes
  • Participation in the process of salary increases and promotions
  • Updating solutions and implementing practices in the area of personal controlling and remuneration policy
