We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in aligning human resources practices with our business goals. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and primary HR point of contact for business leaders, fostering strong partnerships that drive organizational success.Strategic HR Partnership: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, align HR with business goals, and act as the main HR contact.

Tasks:

Talent & Performance Management: Drive recruitment, retention, workforce planning, and support performance development.
Employee Experience & Relations: Promote a positive work environment through fair employee relations, engagement, and communication.
Compensation, Benefits & Compliance: Support competitive rewards programs and ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.
Organizational Development & HR Insights: Contribute to change management, continuous improvement, and data-driven HR decisions.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
minimum 3-4 years as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
Open to move to our locations (region of Województwo Lubuskie)
Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
Commercial awareness and the ability to understand the link between HR initiatives and business outcomes.
