HR Data Management Specialist 

Purpose:

To empower and engage in the execution of HR administrative activities (Data Management, Reporting, Data Quality), ensuring alignment with Dynamic Shared Ownership principles and fostering a culture of collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Execute HR transactions in internal employee systems with a focus on autonomy and accountability
• Process partner for Hiring Managers, HR business Partner, TA and employees
• Execute hiring and onboarding activities (i.e. systems management, contracts, medical checks) with close cooperation with Talent Acquisition team
• Engage with workflow systems to support team efficiency and resolve issues
• Collaborate with external stakeholders (i.e. relocation companies)
• Proactively monitor and address process exceptions, bottle necks/road blocks, seeking opportunities for improvement
• Embrace flexibility to adapt to evolving process requirements

Who Your Are:

• Proficient in relevant IT systems (e.g., SAP / Workday) and digital tools that support agile and responsive HR practices
• 2-4 years of experience in HR Generalist role/HR Admin
• Basic knowledge of polish labour law
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in office suite applications
• Proficiency in English (B2), with effective communication skills for diverse interactions
• Openness to continuous learning and skill development in line with Dynamic Shared Ownership values
