RIGHT NOW.\n\nDue to the development of John Deere Business Service Center, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:\n\nHR Generalist \n(fixed-term contract) \nPozna\u0144, Poland \n\nHR Generalists are the first point-of-contact for our stakeholders\u2019 questions related to HR processes, such as HR system, Benefits, Employee Life Cycle etc. You would be also responsible for guiding others through HR related queries and issues, helping them with transactions and educating them on the system specifics.\n\nYour responsibilities:\n\n * Maintain accurate employee data in the HR system and ensure data integrity.\n * Takes initiative to maintain HR system and understanding of HR policies, practices, and procedures, creates process maps where applicable.\n * Assist with HR reporting and process analysis.\n * Provide guidance and support in a timely and professional manner to employees on HR policies and procedures.\n * Collaborate with HR partners and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.\n * Key User for Core HR Systems\n\n\n\nOur requirements:\n\n * Min. bachelor\u2019s degree\n * Very good knowledge of English language\n * Knowledge of SAP HCM, HRIS, SuccessFactors\n * Have analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset\n * Experience with creating Excel macros, Power Apps and other process automation solutions\n * Experience in managing front-end relationship with business partners\n * Experience in implementing and testing new HR systems and tools\n * Be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment\n * Knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel\n\n\n\nNice to have:\n\n * Knowledge of e-document system will be an asset\n * Experience in processes transition \n\n\n\nWhat we offer:\n\n * 1 year fixed-term contract. \n * Strong support for work-life balance, including flexible working hours (start time between 7:00 and 10:00 AM) and a hybrid work model at Business Garden in Pozna\u0144.\n * Opportunities for professional development within the company, with strong support for internal career growth.\n * Employee referral program.\n * Additional vacation days based on length of employment.\n * Holiday allowance when taking at least 2 weeks off.\n * Daily use of a foreign language in a friendly international working environment.\n * Private medical care, life insurance, sports cards, meal allowance, language courses, a social fund budget, and various additional fun events in our office.\n * Free access to our e-learning platform, featuring over 1,000 courses.\n\n\n\nPlease attach an English version of your CV.\n\n \nJohn Deere is an equal opportunity employer.
