Job Description - HR Generalist


We are looking for a proactive, resilient, and adaptable HR professional with previous experience in an automotive manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production setting, can effectively manage changing priorities, and confidently support both employees and management in a dynamic organization.


The successful candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee development, HR reporting, and operational HR projects, while partnering closely with production and business leaders to support organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities



  • Oversee and coordinate employee training and development processes

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment projects, particularly for manufacturing and operational roles

  • Coordinate cooperation with external service providers and recruitment/training partners

  • Prepare, monitor, and analyze HR reports and KPI metrics

  • Support HR audits and prepare required documentation and data

  • Participate in and lead soft HR projects and employee engagement initiatives

  • Deliver internal training sessions and workshops

  • Support organizational changes and continuous improvement initiatives within a production environment

  • Collaborate closely with managers and employees across manufacturing operations


Requirements



  • University degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or a related field

  • Previous HR experience within the automotive manufacturing industry or a similar production environment

  • Strong understanding of the challenges and pace of manufacturing operations

  • Native or near-native Polish language proficiency (C2 level)  and very good command of English (minimum B2 level)

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office package

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels

  • High level of resilience, adaptability, and flexibility in a changing environment

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Hands-on, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset
